The Kobra +2 CC2 cross cut shredder built by Elcoman is the entry level small office shredder with the high performance our customers enjoy in the larger Kobra shredders.  Produced by Elcoman, Kobra shredders were introduced in 1985 and quickly expanded to over 70 countries throughout the world.  By using the finest engineering and most precision tooling available, Kobra shredders have build a reputation of strength in the office shredder category.

The Kobra +2 CC2 is a professional small office unit that fits neatly into any office or desk side and operates at a low 53/55 dba noise level.  Kobra blades are carbon hardened steel and are able to operate continuously with the 1/3 HP motor with no duty cycle limitations.  Staples and metal clips do not affect or slow down this powerful unit. The Kobra shredder motor offers thermal protection and auto shut off features to help extend the life of the unit.

The Kobra +2 CC2 incorporates  "Energy Smart" technology and goes into power saver standby mode after just 8 seconds of not being used.  Removable waste bin is easy to remove and monitor through the clear front cover.  The Kobra +2 CC2 automatically starts when documents pass in front of the electronic eyes and stops when documents are shredded or the bin is full.  It will automatically reverse the motor in the event of jam to allow the user to quickly redistribute the document to be shredded. Kobra 2 CC2 features with Energy Smart system through optically illuminated indicator for power saving standby mode. "Mobile Protection System" security with dual electronic sensors which cut off machine operation as soon as the lid is raised. Low noise making motor assisting silent work environment. 

The Kobra +2 CC2 has a cut size of 3/32 x 5/8" and capacity of 8 sheets.
