PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The Formax FD6210 has built upon the design of the FD6204 model and the result is an amazing envelope inserting machine that takes your material in advance method, folds it and inserts it into an envelope with user-friendly features and easy to use. The 7" touchscreen control panel, with the graphical interface, with a high-capacity vertical stacker which holds up to 500 finished envelopes, automatic paper, and envelope presence sensors with indicators on the control panel, and a top-loading envelope hopper. with the wizard job feature. The 6210 Series also includes an eco-friendly sleep mode which saves energy by automatically putting the inserter into standby mode after 1 hour of being idle.

The 6210 Series is available in five configurations to meet your processing needs: FD 6210-Basic 1 with one automatic sheet feeder, FD 6210-Basic 2 model with two automatic sheet feeders, FD 6210-Advanced 1 with one sheet feeder and one insert/BRE feeder, FD 6210-Advanced 2 with two sheet feeders and one insert/BRE feeder and FD 6210-Special 2(shown above) with two sheets feeders and a special insert/BRE feeder.

By utilizing the AutoSet feature, you can setup a new job with the touch of a button as the FD6210 will automatically measure the paper length, envelope size and fold lengths. AutoSet can also store up to 50 recurring and frequent jobs to be accessed through the push of a button. With its powerful folding system, the FD6210 Series can fold up to 5 sheets of paper at a time. Optional CIS scanning technology covers the full width of the document feeders and accurately reads OMR, 1D and 2D barcodes printed in any location on a document.

Options include a production feeder for BREs or shirt inserts up to 6" in length, productivity package for increased output up to 20,000 pieces per month at up to 2,500 per hour, CIS Scanner, advanced OMR and BCR, short feed trays and a front or rear side exit tray.
