The Kobra 240 HS Cross Cut Shredder is a High security classic line shredder suitable to shred "Classified" and "Top Secret" documents. Approved by many International Governments and Military Bodies, it’s also being used by the US Department of States, the CIA, the National Security Agency and by the members of the G7 Summits. Kobra 240 HS comes with sturdy steel gears and metal chain drive system which offer reliability and resistance to wear, carbon hardened steel cutting knives. Motor thermal protection: 24 hour continuous duty motor without overheating and duty cycle. It can shred a paper sheet in about 10.000 micro-chips which become absolutely unreadable even if special electronic devices are used.

Equipped with Energy Smart system with optical illuminated indicators for power saving stand-by mode, automatic Start&Stop. Easy emptying operations: 35 liter removable bin that does not require lifting the cutting head. The Safety stop system detects bin removal and automatically stops the cutting knives. Eco-friendly: does not require plastic bags.
