The HSM 411.2 OMDD optical media shredder destroys DVD s, CDs, credit cards, and security badges. The HSM 411.2 OMDD meets NSA requirements for optical media destruction devices that is listed in the NSA/CSS evaluated products list (EPL 04-02) for security level six destruction.
Designed not for paper but to maximize optical destruction, the HSM 411.2 OMDD DVD shredder destroys up to 10 times more than competitive models at an amazing 2500 pieces per hour. The 411.2 OMDD is loaded with features including a folding safety element for in-feed slot, keypad control for constant operation and reverse, an automatic start/stop control.
The HSM 411.2 OMDD has a convenient automatic reverse in the event of overload and will stop automatically when the waste bag is full or when the door is open. A 38.5 gallon reusable shred waste bag is a standard feature on the OMDD.
