The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi is a dual-use High Security Shredder suitable for the combined destruction of Paper and Optical Media. (CDs, DVDs including 80 mm mini disks, Blue-Ray Disk and credit cards) and "Top Secret" documents. The KOBRA 400 HS-COMBI has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 02-01 for High Security Crosscut Paper Shredders as well as NSA/CSS Specification 04-02 for Optical Media Destruction Devices.

Ideal for DOD and Government top secret and classified shredding of Optical Media including all types of CDs and DVDs as well as credit cards. The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi is equipped with two separate cutting systems: a special 1.5 x 2.5 mm cutting system for Optical Media and a 2nd cutting system with a 0.8 x 5 mm cut for "Top Secret" documents.

The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi can shred up to 14 sheets of paper per pass or up to 1,465 Disks per Hour. The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi provides the highest security level available today for both paper and optical media and can shred a single CD into over 3,000 1.5 x 2.5 mm particles. The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi exceeds the Optical Media Destruction Devices guidelines and the ASIO T-4 standards for TOP SECRET level destruction of Optical Media. The KOBRA 400 HS6 COMBI is also equipped with a second cutting system with the 0.8 x 5 mm cut (Level 6) providing high security shredding of "Top Secret" documents.

The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi is equipped with the "ENERGY SMART" system for power saving stand-by mode and a powerful 24 hour continuous duty motor with heavy duty chain drive and steel gears.
The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi is also equipped with an internal integrated Automatic Oiling System as a standard feature that lubricates the cutting head during operation. The Kobra 400 HS6 Combi other features include Automatic Start/Stop operation, auto reverse anti-jam protection, bag-full and door open indicators and an all steel cabinet with heavy duty castors.
