The HSM 450.2CC Cross Cut industrial shredder is a hopper version high performance shredder that will allow you to shred hundreds of lbs. of paper per hour. The 450.2CC is an ideal industrial shredder for dropping in documents in a hopper and walking away. Sharing this unit with many departments is no problem for this powerhouse. High volume cross cut shredding of 80 to 85 sheets at a time.The 450.2 can also shred CDs , DVDs, credit cards, and floppy disks with unquestionable security. The attached hopper allows shredding of crumpled paper and the revolving paddle feed blades permit adding extra paper even while the shredder is in the process of destroying documents.
The durable technology of this industrial shredder has been designed specifically for a large throughput and long continuous operating times. The HSM 450.2CC industrial paper shredder is very quiet for it’s size. It features a stand-by mode with an LED indicator and keypad control for constant operation and reverse.
When the cut-material container is full or has been removed from the industrial shredder, it will automatically stop operation. It also has auto-reverse in the event of a paper jam. The shredding material collects in a very sturdy, reusable, 77 gallon shred collecting bag.
