Secure Check Pro Check Signing and Print System offers tremendous cost savings by eliminating the need purchase and secure different pre-printed check stock, purchasing W9, invoices, and other forms .
Prevents fraud with checks and balances of event notifications, audit trails, and event logs at every stage of check processing.
Create form graphic overlays for any number of checking accounts. Easily edit and add new check forms including company names, account numbers, and bank routing numbers.
All modifications are secured by administrator controls including signature signing limits for each checking account.
Perform up to three levels of sorting before printing. The sorting can be based on check number, zip code, and or payee name.
The Secure Check Pro can manually print checks without accessing your accounting software. Secure Check Pro features secure audit controls. Each time checks are printed an audit trail will be captured and securely stored at the PCC host.
Secure Check Pro prints a security watermark across the surface of your check. Six levels of security permissions can be assigned for each Secure Check user.
Remote Double Log-in requirements are also assignable, where an administrator is notified and must log in with a user before the user is granted access.
An option security feature can send e-mail notifications to specified recipients. These notifications include notice check printing occurred(including the account and printer), detailed or summary audits, notice to administrator of excessive failed log ins, notice of checks over specified amounts. and notice to administrator regarding form changes.
The Secure Check Printing and Signing System offers an check imaging option that stores each check in a PDF format.
Secure Check works with virtually any software program and operating system and no modification of your software is required. Checks print directly from your application software and not to a file.
AcuPrint Secure Check protects you against check obsolescence. Check forms can be reformatted to include new bank information such as account numbers and your company changes such as addresses or phone numbers. There is no limit to the number of accounts available.
